Clear cache and reinstall the app
Clearing the cache and reinstalling the app can resolve many access issues.For iOS
- Press and hold the Kajabi app icon on your home screen, then tap Remove App and confirm.
- Restart your device by going to Settings > General > Shut Down, then turn it back on.
- Go to the App Store, search for Kajabi, and reinstall the app.
For Android
- Go to Settings > Apps > Kajabi > Uninstall.
- Restart your device using your device’s power menu.
- Open the Google Play Store, search for Kajabi, and reinstall the app.
Verify email and confirm access
If you have not yet verified your email address, follow these steps to confirm access.- Log into the email account using a web browser.
- Check for a confirmation email from Kajabi with a subject like “Confirm Your Email Address.”
- Open the email and click the Confirm Email Address button.
- After confirming, tap Open Kajabi App in the email to access the account.
Reset the password
If you are unable to log in, resetting your password may resolve the issue.- Go to the Kajabi login page.
- Click Forgot Password? and enter the email address, then submit the form.
- Check the email inbox for a password reset email from Kajabi.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a password.
- Try logging in again using the email and password in the Kajabi Mobile App.
Troubleshoot app freezing
If the Kajabi Mobile App is freezing or becoming unresponsive, try the following steps:- Close the app completely by swiping it away from your recent apps, then reopen it.
- Check your internet connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
- Check if a Kajabi app update is available in the App Store or Google Play Store and install it.
- Clear the app cache and reinstall the app following the steps in the Clear cache and reinstall the app section above.
- If the issue continues, check the Kajabi status page for any ongoing platform issues.
